および第３図は一実施例の復帰搬送機構を説明す
るための側面図、第４図は従来の磁気デイスクの
組立工程を説明するための模式図、第５図はポジ
シヨンＢおよびＣにおける磁気デイスクの固定方
法を示した上面図である。 図において、１は位置決めテーブル、２は磁気
デイスク、２１はスピンドルベース、２２は磁気
デイスクのベース、４は磁気デイスク部品、４１
はデイスクスペーサ、４２はクランプ金具、４３
はデイスク、５は自動挿入機、６はネジ締め機、
７は上方コンベア、８は位置決めピン、９はガー
ドレール、１０，１１はセンサ、１２，１３は上
下移動機構、１４は下方コンベア、１５は部品固
定用シリンダをそれぞれ示している。

Claims (1)
- 磁気デイスクを次ポジシヨンに移動するととも
に、前記前ポジシヨンにて磁気デイスクの部品組
込みと、前記次ポジシヨンにて部品固定とを行な
う搬送手段と、前記両ポジシヨンでの前記磁気デ
イスクの設定位置を決める位置決めテーブルとよ
りなる磁気デイスクの搬送装置において、前記固
定ポジシヨンより前記組込みポジシヨンに前記位
置決めテーブルを復帰する復帰搬送手段を付設し
たことを特徴とする磁気デイスクの搬送装置。
