物は、いついかなるときでもあり得てこnら遺失物の件
数は膨大であり又電車等に於て読書中或は仮眠中に網棚
に乗せた携行品類の盗難も同様に多発している、更に遊
園地、人混みの中等での迷子防止や目の放せない幼児、
の安全保護等これらの対策は従来各人が細Iしの注意全
仏う以外、電車等の車内放送や場内放送で忘扛物防止全
呼びかけたりするに留まる程度であるが、このような方
法では何等効果が少ないことは多々経験することである

にしたことを特徴とする紛失或は盗難及び忘れ物防止装
置。
