Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) その一端に加速用電極が接続され、該加速
    用電極と接地間に複数個の抵抗を直列接続するこ
    とにより各段間を抵抗分圧して多段加速するよう
    に構成された荷電粒子用静電加速管において、前
    記分圧抵抗のそれぞれに並列に正規加速電圧より
    も若干高めの定電圧特性を有する非直線素子を設
    けたことを特徴とする荷電粒子用静電加速管。 (2) 前記非直線素子は半円弧状にモールド成型
    し、かつスパイラル状に加速管の周囲に取付け各
    電極に接続するように構成したことを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の荷電粒子用
    静電加速管。
