品を提供することが考えられる。(Prior Art) Conventionally, display metal plates on which arbitrary displays such as letters, figures, and patterns have been applied by printing or embossing have been used as plate numbers for automobiles, advertising display boards, etc. In general, the display metal plate is relatively thin, and there is a risk of bending due to VM strikes, etc., or causing injury to the human body. Also, from the standpoint of increasing the decorative effect, acrylic resin or the like is used on both sides of the display metal plate. It is conceivable to provide a combined display product in which transparent hard synthetic resin molded plates are bonded and encapsulated into one body by insert molding or the like.

℃ to +80℃), there is a significant difference in coefficient of thermal expansion between the internal display metal plate and this and one hard synthetic resin molded plate, and the synthetic resin molded body is hard! As a result of repeated expansion and contraction of both, separation between the two and cracks occur in the hard synthetic resin molded plate.

consists of a lower container (1a) and an upper lid (1b) molded from a transparent hard synthetic resin such as acrylic resin or polycarbonate resin, and both -Z (1a) (1b)
Airtightly connect the joints with adhesive or heat welding (1C)
The inside of the enveloped container (1) is colored gold and coated with oxidation-resistant coating, and appropriate markings (2a) such as letters and figures are printed or etched on the inside of the enveloped container (1). A display metal plate (2) made of processed aluminum is housed between the metal plate (2) and the enveloping container (1) with an enveloping layer (3) of transparent adhesive interposed therebetween. It is a fixed integrated display product. The lower container (1a) may be opaque. The adhesive enveloping layer (3) covers the metal plate (2)
The lower plate Eta (3a) is adhesively interposed between the lower surface of the metal plate (2) and the inner bottom surface of the lower container (1a), and the lower plate Eta (3a) is adhesively interposed between the circumferential surface of the metal plate (2) and the circumferential surface of the lower container 2G (la) on its outer periphery. The peripheral side coating layer (3b), the upper surface and upper part 1i (of the metal plate (2))
If the lower container (1a) is an opaque material, the upper coating layer (3C) is made of an opaque material.
Use transparent adhesive for only 3C), and use opaque adhesive for the others.
It may be composed of one agent. The combined display product of the present invention consists of the transparent lid (1b) and the transparent upper adhesive coating layer (3) from the surface.
The display (2a) of the display metal plate (2) can be seen through C), and can be applied as a so-called decorative display board. (2)
Even if it repeatedly expands and contracts, the adhesive covering F21 on its outer periphery
Since the flexible material (3) is involved, the Vf! This prevents cracks in the synthetic resin-encased container (1), and the tackiness of the adhesive allows the metal plate (2) to maintain a stable fixed state without peeling off from a predetermined position. In addition, between the metal plate (2) and the envelope container (1), an envelope adhesive (3
) to eliminate any voids, the seal part (1C) φ3! due to the expansion of air due to heat! A stable and robust combined display product is provided without any fear of causing damage. As the adhesive, any of the various conventional adhesives can be used, but it is particularly preferable to use one that is initially liquid but becomes a sticky gel-like substance at room temperature or by heating. For example, Toμ silicone ■
When using liquid transparent silicone resin CX52-267 and liquid cross-linking agent CX52-267B produced by Yado, mix equal amounts and inject into the lower container (1a) with the lid open, it will harden and become sticky when left at room humidity or heated. Since the sticky material enveloping layer (3) is formed as a gel-like material, it is possible to fill the gap between the metal plate (2) and the lower container (1a) in a liquid state, so that the sticky material without any voids can fill the gap between the metal plate (2) and the lower container (1a). Since the filling and enveloping process is performed 19 times, it is possible to obtain a product with good workability and high quality.

製品が得られる。That is, FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 show an embodiment of the same, in which a lower container (1a) with small holes (6) (6) formed in advance on the opposite side wall is used, and the lower container (1a) ), a double-sided adhesive sheet (4) is pasted on the inner bottom surface, and a display metal plate (2) is pasted on the top surface of the sheet through the adhesive layer (3a), and then a container (1b) is applied. The periphery is airtightly bonded to the upper periphery of the lower container (1a) by adhesive or hot melting (1c).
After forming a hard encapsulating container (1), the encapsulating container (1) is held in an upright position with the small holes (6) (6) located above and below, as shown in FIG. The adhesive is injected through the injection pipe (7) using the lower small hole (6) as the injection hole, and during this time, the air inside the container (1) is exhausted from the upper small hole (6) as it is injected. Continue until the internal space is completely filled with adhesive. In this case, it is preferable to inject the above-mentioned gelatinous adhesive and it will gel after injection, so that even if the injection tube (υ) is removed, the adhesive inside will not flow in and a good filling condition will be maintained inside. Next, these small holes (G) (13) are closed with a suitable sealing agent such as a curable resin (not shown). In this way, a sticky agent covering with good adhesion and no air remaining inside is formed. A combined product with an envelope is obtained.

る等の効果を有する。(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, since the display metal plate is housed in the hard envelope container with a transparent surface through the adhesive envelope layer, the display The integrated product prevents cracks in the hard encapsulated container due to repeated expansion and contraction of the metal plate due to temperature changes, and its manufacturing method involves attaching the display metal plate to the inner bottom surface of the lower container. When pasting through an adhesive layer by injection, it is possible to form a desired relatively thick bottom covering layer that cushions the impact very well, and when pasting through a double-sided adhesive, , the pasting work can be carried out quickly, and when injecting the adhesive into the envelope after forming the envelope in which the display metal plate is inserted, it is possible to make a well-adhered container with no air inside. It has the effect that a combined display product having an encapsulating adhesive layer can be reliably obtained.

A display metal plate is housed in a hard envelope container with at least a transparent front wall through an adhesive envelope layer that is adhesive to the entire surface and has a transparent layer on at least the entire surface side. A combined product for display that is fixed. 2. Form a lower coating layer of adhesive on the inner bottom surface of the lower container wall, then adhere a metal plate for display on the top surface, and then inject adhesive into the space around the circumference and upper surface of the metal plate. A display device characterized by filling and forming a perilla coating layer, then applying a transparent hard lid to the top surface, and airtightly bonding the contact portion of the lid and the lower container wall with adhesive or heat melting. Method of manufacturing combined products. 3. Attach a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet material to the inner bottom surface of the lower container wall, then attach a metal plate for display to the pressure adhesive layer on the top surface of the sheet material, and then attach the metal plate to the circumferential side of the metal plate. In addition, an adhesive is injected into the space on the upper surface to fill and form a coating layer, a transparent hard lid is applied to the upper surface, and the abutting part of the lid and the lower container wall is airtightly bonded with adhesive or heat melting. A method for producing a combined display product characterized by: 4. Attach the display metal plate to the inner bottom surface of the lower container wall via the adhesive layer, then airtightly attach the transparent hard lid, and then apply the adhesive through the injection hole provided in the container wall. 1. A method for manufacturing a combined display product, which comprises: first injecting the product, then exhausting the air inside the product through an exhaust hole, and filling the space inside the encapsulating container with an adhesive. 5. The production according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the adhesive to be filled is a curable silicone resin that is initially liquid but then becomes a sticky gel-like adhesive. Law.
