Claims (1)
- 案内杆が設けられた第１部材と、前記案内杆に
沿つて前記第１部材に対し直線的に相対移動する
第２部材との相対位置を検出する２部材の相対位
置検出装置において、前記第１部材に回転自在に
支持されて前記案内杆に当接し、前記第１部材と
前記第２部材との相対移動にともない前記案内杆
の面上を転動する計測ローラと、該計測ローラの
回転角度を検出する回転角度検出手段と、を有す
ることを特徴とする２部材の相対位置検出装置。
