光部に入射される光が被検出物の機械的変化に応
じて変化されるようにし、この入射光の変化から
機械的変化量を検出するようにしたものにおいて
、該被検出物の検出部位を液密に囲繞するケース
を設け、該ケースに該投光部と該受光部とを設け
ると共に、該ケース内に液体を封入したことを特
徴とする機械的変化量の光学式検出装置。 2 該被検出物は軸部材から成り、該軸部材を該
ケースに液密に挿通軸支させて、該ケース内に該
軸部材の捩れに応じて相対回転する2個の光学格
子体を対向配置し、該両光学格子体により該軸部
材の捩れ量の変化に伴い変位するモアレ縞が形成
されるようにし、該ケースにこのモアレ縞の変位
に伴つて該受光部への入射光が変化されるように
該投光部と該受光部とを設けたことを特徴とする
