々の格子形状を示す線図、第４図ａ，ｂ，ｃ，ｄ
は夫々両光学格子体の相対回転変位に伴う光学格
子の重り具合の変化を示す線図である。 １…軸部材（被検出物）、２…ケース、４１，
４２…光学格子体、７…投光部、８…受光部。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 投光部と受光部とを備え、該投光部から該受
    光部に入射される光が被検出物の機械的変化に応
    じて変化されるようにし、この入射光の変化から
    機械的変化量を検出するようにしたものにおいて
    、該被検出物の検出部位を液密に囲繞するケース
    を設け、該ケースに該投光部と該受光部とを設け
    ると共に、該ケース内に液体を封入したことを特
    徴とする機械的変化量の光学式検出装置。 ２ 該被検出物は軸部材から成り、該軸部材を該
    ケースに液密に挿通軸支させて、該ケース内に該
    軸部材の捩れに応じて相対回転する２個の光学格
    子体を対向配置し、該両光学格子体により該軸部
    材の捩れ量の変化に伴い変位するモアレ縞が形成
    されるようにし、該ケースにこのモアレ縞の変位
    に伴つて該受光部への入射光が変化されるように
    該投光部と該受光部とを設けたことを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の機械的変化
    量の光学式検出装置。
