Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、船舶係船時に必ず付着する、ふじつぼ等の有
害物より付着防止と隣接する船舶とその他の物との直接
、接触を防止する。
現在、有害物の付着防止方法には２通りある。
第１は、船底塗料を塗布して、時折、船底を掃除して有
害物の付着を防止するか、第２は、必要な時以外は、船
舶を陸上に上げておくしか方法がない。しかし、両者共
、費用と手間が膨大に掛る。
又、防護材は船舶の型状がすべて異なつているために防
護材にあたらず直接船舶同志が接触してキズをつけ合う
場合がある。本発明は、本人が経験した事からヒントを
得たものである。
まず船舶係船時に付着するふじつぼ等の有害物は、海水
の濃度が濃く水のきれいな所でよく付着する。船底塗料
を塗つてないと１週間で付着する。塗料も最近は研究さ
れて良い物が出回つているが、どれも塗つてから半年か
ら１年で効果がなくなり、新たに塗り変えなければ有害
物が付着してしまう。ちなみに１回の船体の上げ下ろし
に塗料が１万〜３万円、手間で２万〜４万円は最底掛る
。前に述べた陸上保管をすると年間で最底でも１０万円
は必要だ。又、有害物が付着すると航行中の水の抵抗が
多くなり、船速に多大の影響が出て燃費が悪くなる。
そこで船舶の水面下（１）の型状に合わせたシートで囲
つて（２）シート自体を浮かすために、数個の浮輪を取
り付ける（３）。シートは、水面より高くして海水が入
るのを防ぐ（４）。シートと船底の間の水をポンプで取
り除くと、有害物の船底への付着はなくなる。
最近は、船にデツキがあり（５）、又、無い船もシート
をして（６）船内に雨水がたまらないようにしてあるの
で、船外のシートの中へ流れ込む。
それで、シートの中の水は塩分濃度が低くなり、有害物
は付着しない。又、シートの中の水は、常に同じ水であ
り流動しないので、改めてポンプで取る必要はない。大
雨等で水が入り過ぎてもオーバーフローする。
これで有害物の船底への付着は完全に防止できる。塗料
を塗つたり掃除をしないで済み、手間が掛からず、船速
は変わらず、エンジンに無理をかけず、燃料も節約でき
経済的である。
隣接の船の型状が異つていて、ぶつかり合うために船体
が傷つけられることがあるが、水面の浮きによりこれを
保護することができる。又それは、従来の防護材より効
果が高く、流動物にも対応できる。
本発明は、特に小型船舶に有効的に利用できる。
４、実用方法 図４イ〜ニの通り、船主から船尾へ防護シートをスライ
ドし、所定の位置で前後左右、ロープでしめつけておき
、船尾部分はその後防護材を取り付ける。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 船舶の係船時に船舶の水面下（１）との密着部分をシー
    トで囲って（２）有害物の付着を防止しシートに数個の
    浮輪を取り付けて（３）隣接の船舶及びその他の物が直
    接触れないようにする方法。
