    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 平面仕上げ旋盤の面板にワークを真空吸着する
    装置であつて、回転軸と連動する剛性の大きいベ
    ースに、ゴム様の弾性を有するシートを貼り付け
    、該弾性シート上に、ワークより軟質で前記弾性
    シートより剛性の強い面板を貼り付け、該面板に
    吸引用の環状溝と、該溝を吸引装置と連通させる
    吸引孔を設けてなる旋盤用真空吸着装置。
