  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 空気流路中に、冷凍サイクルによる冷却器
    、加熱器、加湿器を収納して、所望温度湿度を有
    する空気を供給する恒温恒湿空気供給装置におい
    て、冷却器の入口側の空気流路と冷却器の出口側
    の空気流路とが、流量調節器を介装するバイパス
    流路によつて短絡されていることを特徴とする恒
    温恒湿空気供給装置。 (2) 空気流路中における空気の流れる方向に沿
    つて、冷却器、加熱器、加湿器がこの順序に配列
    し、冷却器から加熱器に至る空気流路と冷却器の
    入口側空気流路との間がバイパス流路によつて短
    絡されている請求の範囲第１項記載の装置。 (3) 加湿器が、立上り空気流路の基部に小管を
    介して連通せしめたヒータ内蔵の水タンクから成
    る請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の装置。
