- メカニカルシールまたはセグメントシール等の
シール装置の摺動部に冷却ガスを送給する冷却装
置を備えてなるシールユニツトにおいて、冷却ガ
スの流路の中途にボルテツクスチユーブを接続し
て前記ガスの温度を低めてなることを特徴とする
冷却装置付きシールユニツト。
