欠の斜視図であり、上記図面において１は鉄皮ケ
ス、２はバーナー口、３はセラミツクフアイバー
成形品、４は耐熱繊維を主体とするコーテイング
材を夫々示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 液体燃料を燃焼させる燃焼室の側壁、天井、
    床壁のいずれかに使用される耐火断熱材料におい
    て、セラミツクフアイバー成形品の表面に実質的
    にセラミツクフアイバーを５０重量％以上含有し
    、残部が無機結合剤から成るコーテイング材料で
    あつて、気孔率が２５〜５０容量％になるよう被
    覆された燃焼室内張用耐火断熱材料。 ２ 前記無機結合剤は、シリカゾル、アルミナゾ
    ル、粘土、リン酸アルミニウム、モンモリロナイ
    ト又はセピオライトのいずれか１種又は２種以上
    であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載の燃焼室内張用耐火断熱材料。 ３ 前記コーテイング材料がセラミツクフアイバ
    ー成形品の少なくとも表面に５mm以下の厚さで被
    覆されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の燃焼室内張用耐火
    断熱材料。
