工業炉のゾーン仕切壁を説明するためのもので、
第１図はその仕切壁部分の断面図、第２図は全体
配置を示す断面図、第３図は仕切壁の側面図、第
４図はその平面図、第５図は従来の仕切壁の斜視
図、第６図はその断面図である。 図において、１１は乾燥炉（工業炉）、１１ｃ
は天井壁、１１ｄは床壁、１２は仕切壁、１３は
支持部材、１３ｃ，１３ｄは中間止板、１４は仕
切壁本体、１４ａはセラミツクフアイバー製ブロ
ツクである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 耐火材製仕切壁本体と、該仕切壁本体を支
    持する金属製支持部とからなり、工業炉の炉体ケ
    ーシングを複数の独立したゾーンに分割するゾー
    ン仕切壁において、上記支持部を、上、下端に開
    口を有する筒状の支持部材によつて構成し、該支
    持部材の、上端部を天井壁の外方に突出させて支
    持する一方、下端部を床壁に摺動自在に挿入し、
    上、下端の開口を炉外に臨ませ、上記仕切壁本体
    をセラミツクフアイバー製ブロツクを上下方向に
    複数個配置して構成し、各ブロツクを上記支持部
    材で貫通し、かつ各ブロツクの下面を該支持部材
    に取り付けられた中間止板で支持したことを特徴
    とする工業炉のゾーン仕切壁。 (2) 上記支持部は、筒状支持部材の一端から他
    端に冷却風を流通させる冷却風供給手段を備えて
    いることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載の工業炉のゾーン仕切壁。
