- 繊維板等の吸音板１の表面に、周囲に凹溝２を
有する適宜平面形状の凸部４を多数設け、この凸
部４の表面に化粧ピース５を一体に固着して該化
粧ピース５の周縁部を一部又は全周に亘つて前記
凹溝２上に突出させてなる吸音化粧板。
