Claims (1)
- 洗浄槽内に貯溜された有機溶剤を加温する加温
手段と、洗浄槽から蒸発した有機溶剤を凝縮して
捕集する冷却パイプとを有する有機溶剤を用いる
洗浄器に於いて、蒸気圧縮式冷凍機のコンデンサ
を洗浄槽内に配設することにより上記加温手段と
し、上記冷却パイプを蒸気圧縮式冷凍機のエバポ
レータとしたことを特徴とする有機溶剤を用いる
洗浄器。
