Claims (1)
により直接あるいは間接冷却される絶縁被覆を有
する極低温カーレントリードにおいて、前記絶縁
被覆がテープ状の高分子フイルムを重ね巻きした
フイルム層とガラステープを巻回したガラステー
プ層との複合絶縁層からなり、少なくとも最外層
側にガラステープ層が配されるとともに、前記ガ
ラステープ層が少なくとも部分的に塗布含浸され
た樹脂含浸部分を有することを特徴とする極低温
カーレントリードの電気絶縁構成。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のもの
において、絶縁被覆が高分子フイルムを複数回重
ね巻きしてなるフイルム層とガラステープ層1層
とからなる基本複合層を1ないし複数層含む複合
絶縁層からなることを特徴とする極低温カーレン
トリードの電気絶縁構成。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第2項記載のもの
において、ガラステープ層それぞれが全体に塗布
含浸された樹脂含浸部分で占められたことを特徴
