Claims (1)
- コネクタ部と、このコネクタ部を介して与えら
れる電気信号を受ける複数のブレードと、このブ
レード先端部に設けられたプローブ針と、上記ブ
レード表面を覆う絶縁膜と、この絶縁膜表面に設
けられた導電性のシールド膜とから成り、上記コ
ネクタ部より与えられる電気信号をブレード、プ
ローブ針を介してウエハ上に形成された回路に印
加してウエハの特性試験を行うとき、上記シール
ド膜により隣接するブレード間での静電誘導を防
止する事を特徴としたプローブカード。
