At present, there are two types of concrete buildings: cast-in-place and prefabricated ones made by combining ready-made concrete plates, but the latter is more important because it is inexpensive, has excellent insulation properties, and has a short construction period. However, these concrete plates tend to cause problems at the butt joints.

ALC board is a lightweight foamed concrete product that has been cured in an autoclave, and is a type of precast building material produced in a factory, so it has constant dimensional accuracy and quality, is lightweight, and has excellent heat insulation, fire resistance, and workability. Therefore, it is currently used in general construction. Floors and exterior walls of objects and special buildings.

However, once an ALC board coated with waterproof paint or spray material (7) absorbs water, there is no place for the water to escape, so this water can cause cracks in the weak areas of the paint and leak out, or it can leak out from the butt parts. It causes putty and paint to swell, and it also freezes and causes cracks in the cleaning material. Furthermore, because the 'ALC board is homogeneous, the influence of external forces such as vibrations and internal stress due to thermal changes will cause wrinkles in the caulking area, resulting in cracks in the painted surface and caulking material in the gap areas, spoiling the aesthetic appearance. It also causes rainwater to infiltrate.

On the other hand, some types of ALC boards are intended to create various uneven patterns on their surfaces to bring about changes to the wall surface, but the drawback of spraying is that the finish is inevitably flat, resulting in little variation. There is.

The present invention was made in order to eliminate the various drawbacks inherent to these external walls made of ALC boards. The purpose is to seal the gap and achieve complete waterproofing by spraying the joint plate and fixing it to the ALC plate wall surface. In addition, the purpose is to remove some of the sprayed joint material to expose the vertical and horizontal protruding and incoming joints of metal, plastic, etc. on the wall surface to create variation.

In the case of the present invention, the installation is done using an adhesive (

Note that the joint forming part (83) sandwiched between the retaining parts (81) and (81) protrudes in a U-shape, and an adhesive tape (80) is stuck to the surface of the joint forming part (83) for the purpose described later. In addition to aluminum, the materials for the joint material (8) include metals with excellent corrosion resistance such as stainless steel, copper, and brass, various plastics with excellent weather resistance, and composite materials of these metals and plastics. is preferably used.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 1(C), while the spraying material (7) is not dry (spraying is performed immediately after approximately 2 hours), the above-mentioned adhesive tape (810) is attached together with the spraying material (7a) on the upper surface of the spraying material (7a). In this way, as shown in the same figure (d), the ALC plate (1)
You can easily and reliably obtain a wall surface finished with sprayed material with aluminum square bar-shaped protrusions at the butt portions of the walls. Furthermore, if necessary, apply 2 to 5 kg of transparent paint such as acrylic-urethane paint for the purpose of gloss, waterproofing, and durability.

Alternatively, it is preferable to use connecting joint materials (9) and (9') that are cross-shaped or T-shaped in plan view, as shown in Figure 1. In addition, an insertion part (85) as shown in Fig. 3(C) may be provided at the end of the joint material (8) to eliminate the level difference between the joint material and the joint material.
At one end of the joint material (8), these connecting joint materials (9) (

The joints thus obtained are the gaps between adjacent ALC plates (
Even if 2) is deformed due to external force (F) such as vibration or internal stress due to heat or water, the surface is covered with joint material (8), which prevents rainwater from entering and prevents cracks from forming, spoiling the aesthetic appearance. Nor. Particularly in the case of this example, since the joint forming portion (83) protrudes in a U-shape, this portion deforms and absorbs strain. Furthermore, even if the 10,000-ALC plate (1) absorbs water (W), the wedge-shaped groove (
4) and the joint material (8), there is a high possibility that it will be discharged to the outside, and it will not cause cranking on the painted surface. (Fig. 1 (C).) By the way, in the above example, the sprayed material (
7) was removed to expose the joint material (8), but the joint material (8) may be finished as it is (in Fig. 1). In this case, since the joint is composed only of protrusions, it may not be noticeable, but the waterproof performance and the effect of preventing cracks in the painted part at the butt part are the same as in the previous example. However, in this case, the adhesive tape (8◇) attached to the joint forming part (83) is unnecessary, and the joint material (8
) Rust-proofed iron materials can also be used.

Next, FIG. 4(a) shows an example in which the ALC board (1) is provided with a stepped part (1) in which the joint material retaining part (81) is fitted into the peripheral edge of the ALC board (1). The installation of the joint material has the advantage that the position does not shift and the sprayed material (7) does not become stepped at the joint part (8), resulting in a clean finish. In addition, in this example, the installation of the joint material (8) is done as a means. Adhesive (82) and nail (1

Moreover, the shape of the joint material (8) may be various in addition to the shape shown in the above example, as illustrated in FIGS. 5(a) to 5(f). Of these, (a) and (b) are used for protruding joints as in the previous example, and the joint forming portions (83) are triangular and semicircular, respectively. It may have the same shape as a part of the peripheral surface of the pillar. Next, (C) and (d) are examples of those used for joints,
(a) and (bl) are turned inside out, but other types of joint forming parts similar to those described above may also be used. Also, in (e), the joint forming part (83) is shaped like a retaining part (81). )
When this joint material (8) is used, the entire surface is finished flat. On the other hand, (fl indicates an example of a material used for a part of a corner. The joint material (8) used for a part of a corner also has a joint forming part (83) of various shapes for protruding and entering joints as shown on each side. used.

Although the present invention has been explained above using ALC boards as an example, it goes without saying that it can also be applied to various other concrete boards such as lightweight concrete boards mixed with lightweight aggregate or inorganic fibers, and reinforced concrete boards.

As described in detail above, the present invention is aimed at fixing or temporarily fixing joint material so as to cover the gap between the butt parts of the concrete plates in the parts of the building, especially on the outer wall surface, which are made up of concrete plates such as ALC plates, and then The gap is sealed by spraying a spray material and fixing the joint material onto the concrete plate.

Therefore, even if the gap between adjacent concrete plates is deformed and the caulking material in that area cracks, the aesthetic appearance will not be impaired and the waterproofing will be completely achieved. Moreover, the water that has soaked into the concrete plate can be discharged to the outside through the gap formed between the side surface of the concrete plate and the joint material, and the purpose of preventing cracks in the painted surface of the concrete plate can also be achieved. Furthermore, when the adhesive tape stuck to the grout area is removed after the spray material is installed, the grout surface, which is made of metal, plastic, or a combination of both, is exposed vertically and horizontally on the wall surface, resulting in a great aesthetic effect.

Moreover, compared to the conventional method, only an extra medium-thin joint material is required, and the application of putty can be omitted or simplified, and overall the time and cost are not much different, and the protection and aesthetics of the building are improved. This is of extremely practical significance.
