Claims (1)
- 複数種類の電圧を供給するための複数個の給電
パターンを設けたバツクボードにおいて、上記複
数個の給電パターンの両端をそれぞれバツクボー
ドユニツトの左右両端に位置せしめ、かつ、それ
ぞれの給電パターン毎に左右両端に接続用の給電
パツドを設け、上記のように構成したバツクボー
ドユニツトの複数個を左右に並べたとき、隣接す
るバツクボードユニツトの間において同電圧の給
電パターンの給電パツドが互いに等高に隣接すべ
く為したることを特徴とする、電子部品検査用機
器のバツクボード。
