PURPOSE:To reduce air resistance, to improve appearance, and to prevent entrance of contaminant, by a method wherein, in a wheel cover for vehicle having spoke-like appearance, plural radial recess lines are formed in the inner surface of a wheel cover body made of clear fluorescent resin. CONSTITUTION:A wheel cover body 11 is formed in a gently-sloped conical disc by the use of clear fluorescent resin, and a conical see-through part 11b, gently sloped in the direction of an outer-periphery from a central recess part 11a, is formed. Plural grooves 11d and 11e, different in depth, are formed radially from a center in the inner they cross each other.
