Description

【図面の簡単な説明】
第1図はシールリングの後側の溝内に昇華可能
物質を挿入した玉弁構造体を構成する本考案の一
実施例の断面図である。第2図はシールリングが
それに隣接する玉弁体に接触し、昇華可能物質が
シールリングの後側に配設されたところを示す第
1図の拡大部分図である。第3図は、第2図と同
様な拡大図であるが、昇華可能物質が昇華し、シ
ールリングが先に昇華物質によつて占められてい
た溝内の空間へ変位された後玉弁体が対応する弁
筐に金属間接触したところを示す。第4図は、面
シールと昇華可能物質とを組合せたゲート弁構造
体を示す本考案の別の実施例の拡大断面図である

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 火災安全弁構造体において 貫通流路および弁室を有する弁本体と、該弁室
    内に該流路に対して開放位置と閉鎖位置の間で移
    動自在に取付けられた弁体と、前記流路の周りに
    配設され、該弁体に面する環状溝を有する金属製
    の環状弁座と、前記弁体に密封関係に接触して面
    シールを形成するように前記環状溝内に装着され
    たシールリングと、該シールリングはその後側に
    環状空間を画定するように前記溝の底面から離隔
    して配置され、該環状空間内へ変位しうるように
    なされていることと、該環状空間内に配設された
    昇華可能物質体とから成り、該昇華可能物質体は
    、所定の温度に達すると、昇華して気体となり、
    該気体は前記シールリングと環状溝との間を通つ
    て流出して前記環状空間を空にし、該シールリン
    グが該環状空間内へ変位され、それによつて前記
    弁体を前記金属製弁座と接触する位置へ移動させ
    て弁体と弁座の間に緊密な金属間シールを設定す
    るようにした火災安全弁構造体。 2 前記昇華可能物質体は昇華可能物質のリング
    である実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の火災
    安全弁構造体。 3 前記弁体は開放位置と閉鎖位置の間で往復動
    自在に取付けられたゲート弁体である実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第1項記載の火災安全弁構造体。 4 前記弁体は開放位置と閉鎖位置の間で回転自
    在に取付けられた玉弁体である実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第1項記載の火災安全弁構造体。 5 前記昇華可能物質体は、約480°Cないし
    約540°Cの範囲内の温度で完全に昇華するテ
    トラフルオロエチレンから成るものである実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の火災安全弁構造体
    。 6 前記昇華可能物質体は、前記シールリングの
    後面と、前記環状溝の底壁、内側円周壁および外
    側円周壁に接触するように前記環状空間内に捕促
    されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の
    火災安全弁構造体。 7 前記環状空間の深さは、前記シールリングが
    、前記弁体と弁座との間に金属間シールが形成さ
    れるのに応答して移動する距離より大きい実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の火災安全弁構造体
