Claims (1)
- レーザダイオードが形成された半導体基板の少
なくともレーザビーム出射端部に、半導体基板の
活性層に近い側の表面から発光部の両側に位置し
た戻り光入射部に至る深さを有する一対の切欠を
形成してなることを特徴とする半導体レーザ。
