ので、第３図はその模式的な側面図、第４図はそ
の要部縦断面図、第５図はその分解斜視図である

、２ｂ…先端部、３…樹脂製カバー、３ａ…孔、
４…ロツド、５…戻しバネ、６…レバー本体、７

Claims (1)
- 自動車におけるパーキングブレーキ用のレバー
において、車体に基端を枢着され先端部を筒状に
形成されたレバー本体と、同レバー本体に被装さ
れた樹脂製カバーと、上記のレバー本体と車体と
の間に介装され上記レバー本体を上記車体に所要
の姿勢でロツクしうるラチエツト機構と、上記レ
バー本体内に遊挿され基端を上記ラチエツト機構
の解放爪に連結されたロツドと、同ロツド先端に
取り付けられ基部を上記レバー本体に摺動可能に
嵌挿されるとともに先端部を上記樹脂製カバーの
先端に形成された孔から露出するように配設され
たプツシユボタンとをそなえ、ブレーキ作動のた
めの上記レバーの引き上げ操作時に上記樹脂製カ
バーにおける上記孔の下部内周縁と上記プツシユ
ボタンとの干渉を回避すべく、上記プツシユボタ
ンの下部外周面と上記孔の下部内周縁との間に上
記レバーの引き上げ操作時における上記樹脂製カ
バーの所要弾性変形量を上まわる隙間が形成され
たことを特徴とする、パーキングブレーキ用レバ
ー構造。
