Claims (1)
耗板を有する一方、裏面側にライナ底板を設けて
なる耐摩耗性ライナの複数を、所定の取付面に対
して相互に連結せしめた状態において取り付ける
ための構造にして、 前記連結されるべきライナの一方のものの連結
縁部を、ライナ底板と取付面との間に所定の間隙
が形成される如く浮き上がらせた形態の段付き構
造と為す一方、該連結されるべきライナの他方の
ものの連結縁部が、所定幅にわたつて実質的にラ
イナ底板のみにて構成されるようにして、その露
出されたライナ底板部分を、前記一方のライナの
連結縁部の段付き構造にて形成されるライナ底板
と取付面との間の隙間内に装入せしめて重ね合わ
せ、そしてそれら重合部分を貫通するように設け
られたボルト挿通孔を介して、頭部の表面に前記
耐摩耗板を設けた、前記ライナとは別体のボルト
にて、前記取付面に固定せしめるようにしたこと
を特徴とする耐摩耗性ライナの取付構造。 (2) 前記他方のライナの連結縁部において露出
するライナ底板部分に設けられた前記ボルト挿通
孔が、前記ボルトの脚部が位置せしめられる保持
孔部と、該保持孔部を前記露出されたライナ底板
部分の端部に開口せしめるガイド部とから構成さ
れており、該露出ライナ底板部分の装入時に、前
記一方のライナの連結縁部のボルト挿通孔に挿通
された前記ボルトの脚部が、該ガイド部を通つて
前記保持孔部内に導かれるようにした実用新案登
録請求の範囲第1項記載の取付構造。 (3) 前記耐摩耗性ライナが、前記ライナ底板の
上に所定のゴムクツシヨン層を設け、更に該ゴム
クツシヨン層の上に前記セラミツク板等の所定大
きさの耐摩耗板を設けた構造を有している実用新
案登録請求の範囲第1項又は第2項記載の取付構
