産業上の利用分野
本発明は、摺動式のスイッチを用いて人、切を従来のこ
の種のスイッチを備え、かつ調理器の前面に設けた表示
板は、基板上のスイッチを露出させずに表示板のツマミ
を介して操作することが、スイッチおよび基板に無理な
力が加わらないため望ましい。しかしながら、表示板を
基板にかぶせて組立てるタイプでは、表示板単体にツマ
ミを取付けた状態では、ツマミが自由に摺動するので、
ツマミ位置が移動してしまい、作業者はそれに気づかず
に表示板を嵌合させることになるだめ、不正規位置に嵌
合してしまい、これにより、ツマミが固定されて動かな
いという問題があった。第１図〜第３図は従来例を示し
たもので、１は調理器本体、２は表示板ベースで、前記
調理器本体１にビス３で固定されている。４は表示板ベ
ース２に嵌合していて、スイッチ５を前面に位置決めし
ている基板、６は表示板ベース２に上下の爪８，９で嵌
め込まれている表示板で、挟持部６ａで上下方向から摺

れてしまうため、ツマミ７は固定されて動かなくなるも
ので、これを組立作業時に気づかず、後の検査工程にて
、ツマミの誤嵌合がわかった場合、組み直すという事が
発生し、したがって、その組み立て作業性は非常に悪い
ものであった。また表示板６を無理矢理嵌合させるだめ
、スインチ部が壊れるという品質的問題も発生していた

摺動式のスイッチとツマミが不正規位置で組立てられた
場合、摺動スイッチとツマミの誤挿入防止リブが当たっ
て嵌合できないようにしているため、この状態のときは
、作業者に位置があっていないことを知らせることによ
って、ツマミとスイッチの誤挿入を未然に防止できるも
