補正 昭６０．４．１８ 実用新案登録請求の範囲を次のように補正する
。
【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 イー・ピー・ロム（EPROM：ERASABLE ＡＮＤ
ELECTRICALLYREPROGRAMMABLE ＲＯＭ）に紫外
線を所定時間照射してイー・ピー・ロムの記億内
容を消去し初期化する紫外線照去器において、上
記紫外線消去器に上記イー・ピー・ロムの内容を
読み出す為の読み出し部と、その読み出された内
容が初期化されているか否かを判定する初期化判
定部と、その初期化判定部の出力により紫外線を
所定時間照射させる電源制御部とを設け、上記イ
ー・ピー・ロムに照射する紫外線照射時間を制御
して、上記イー・ピー・ロムの記憶内容を消去し
、初期状態にするようにしたことを特徴とする紫
外線消去器。 図面の簡単な説明を次のように補正する。 明細書の第５頁第１８行に「ＥＰＲＯＭ」とあ

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. EPROM(ERASABLE AND ELECTRICALLY REPROGRAMM
    ABLE ROM)に紫外線を所定時間照射してEPROMの記
    憶内容を消去し初期化する紫外線消去器において
    、上記紫外線消去器に上記EPROMの内容を読み出
    す為の読み出し部と、その読み出された内容が初
    期化されているか否かを判定する初期化判定部と
    、その初期化判定部の出力により紫外線を所定時
    間照射させる電源制御部とを設け、上記EPROMに
    照射する紫外線照射時間を制御して、上記EPROM
    の記憶内容を消去し、初期状態にするようにした
    ことを特徴とする紫外線消去器。
