Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明はプラスチックフィルムを、超音波又は高周波を
用いて製袋する方法に関するもので、特にシュリンクラ
ベルフィルムに適用すると効果を発揮する製袋方法であ
る。

缶、瓶などのラベルと保護を兼ねて、これらの容器をシ
ュリンクフィルムにて包装することが行なわれている。

第1図は従来の包装例であるが、瓶01を包装したシュ
リンクラベルフィルム02は、通常のヒートシール方法
では強度的に問題があることから、超音波或いは高周波
シール方法が採用されている。そして、−このような超
音波或いは高周波シールの場合には、シール部分が重ね
合わせた部分を外れると、フィルムに穴があいたり溶融
してしまうという心配があるので、重ね合わせた部分を
少し残してシールするという方法が採用されている。こ
の結果、未シール部分03が襞となってラベルの表面に
残り、体裁が悪くなるという欠点があった。
リンクラベルフィルム02は、通常のヒートシール方法
では強度的に問題があることから、超音波或いは高周波
シール方法が採用されている。そして、−このような超
音波或いは高周波シールの場合には、シール部分が重ね
合わせた部分を外れると、フィルムに穴があいたり溶融
してしまうという心配があるので、重ね合わせた部分を
少し残してシールするという方法が採用されている。こ
の結果、未シール部分03が襞となってラベルの表面に
残り、体裁が悪くなるという欠点があった。
本発明は斯かる欠点のないプラスチックフィルムの製袋
方法を提案するもので、プラスチックフィルムの長手方
向両端を引き寄せて超音波又は高周波により封筒貼り又
は合掌貼りを行なう際に、超音波又は高周波シールをフ
ィルムの長手方向両端縁よりも内側において行なうと共
にシール界面から外の未シール部分をシールと同時に又
はシール後切除するプラスチックフィルムの製袋方法で
ある。

- プラスチックフィルムの長手方向両端を引き寄せて超音
