The U-bending portion 105C of 05 and the tip of the S-bending portion 107C of the auxiliary pipe 107 are connected. At this time, as shown in FIG. 4, using the cushion of the pipe of the S-bending part 10C, the connecting part 11 between the U-bending part 105C and the S-bending part 107c is connected.
3 is placed in the center of the refrigerator body and welded so as not to affect the heat of the welding flame on the painted surface of the outer box 1020. Furthermore, since the connecting portion 113 is parallel (horizontal) to the opening surface, welding work is easy, and welding can be performed without clogging of the welding material of the pipe or welding defects such as leakage. And after this outer box 10
2, an inner box 103 is set, a foaming jig (not shown) is entirely surrounded, and a foamed heat insulating material 104 is foamed and filled.

作業が容易にできる。Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above explanation, the present invention allows attachment of the auxiliary pipe by first fixing the attachment position of the holder to the outer box, and then
The auxiliary pipe is inserted into the holder, then the condenser pipe is inserted into the double flange of the outer box, and both pipes are connected and welded, so the position of both pipes is stabilized and securely fixed. The position of the weld is determined, and the cushion of the S-bend does not apply excessive stress to the weld, preventing the pipe from breaking during welding heating, and preventing the heat effect of the welding flame from affecting the painted surface of the outer box. Welding can be done in the center of the refrigerator to prevent discoloration and burning of the paint due to exposure to heat. In addition, since the connecting portions of both pipes are parallel to the opening surface of the outer box, welding work can be easily performed without problems such as clogging or leakage of the pipes with welding material.
