Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被写体から発生する赤外線を繰り返し走査集光
    して検出器に導入するための手段と、該検出器よ
    りの信号をデジタル信号に変換して画像メモリに
    記憶させるための手段と、該画像メモリから読み
    出された信号に基づいて該被写体の温度分布像を
    繰り返し表示するための表示手段と、該表示手段
    の画面上の特定位置を指示するための指示手段と
    、該特定位置が中心温度で表示されるように該表
    示手段に送られる信号のレベルを制御する手段と
    を具備した装置において、該特定位置に対応する
    該画像メモリの記憶値の前回の走査時に対する変
    化が基準値より小さい場合に、該中心温度を固定
    して該温度分布像を表示するための手段を具備し
    たことを特徴とするサーモグラフイ装置。
