Claims (1)
- 適用超音波の約1/2波長の整数倍の長さの振動
振幅拡大用ホーンと、適用超音波の約1/2波長の
整数倍の長さの工具圧着用部材とを備え、前記振
動振幅拡大用ホーン先端部と前記工具圧着用部材
先端部とが共振腹位置に対応するよう前記工具圧
着用部材を共振節位置付近において前記振動振幅
拡大用ホーンに回動可能に配設し、かつ前記共振
節位置より後方の共振腹位置付近において前記工
具圧着用部材が前記振動振幅拡大用ホーンより離
間して前記工具圧着用部材先端部が前記振動振幅
拡大用ホーンに近接し得るよう制御部材を設けた
ことを特徴とする超音波加工用工具の保持機構。
