Claims (1)
- 垂直の回転軸にクランクを介して取付けられた
垂直の偏心軸と、該偏心軸の下端に回転自在に取
付けられた水平のラツプ定盤と、該ラツプ定盤の
上面に固定された摩擦板と、上端が前記偏心軸に
支持され下端がスプリング受を介して前記摩擦板
を押圧するスプリングと、前記ラツプ定盤の下面
に取付けられたサンドペーパーと、前記ラツプ定
盤の下方に位置し薄肉板を水平の状態で上面に吸
引する真空チヤツクと、を備えたことを特徴とす
る薄肉板の研摩装置。
