Claims (1)
- 円板の軸心中央部を真空吸着して回転させるス
ピンドルと、前記円板の外周に位置し、前記円板
の円心方向に移動するテーブルと、前記テーブル
の下面に固定され雌ねじを有するナツトと、前記
雌ねじと噛み合い回転可能な雄ねじを有する送り
ねじと、前記送りねじと継手に依り連結し、回転
させる制御電動機と、前記テーブルに固定され、
前記円板方向に突出したスタンドと、前記スタン
ドの突出先端で前記円板の面方向に指向して固定
された小径円筒状のノズルと、前記ノズルと柔軟
性を有する管で接続し、前記円板の塗装膜を溶解
させる溶剤を吐出または停止させる溶剤供給部と
を含むことを特徴とする塗装膜除去装置。
