ほとんど人手に頼つているのが実状である。 There are many possible reasons for this, but one of the major factors is that conventional assisted surgery requires extremely complicated equipment, increases equipment costs, and cannot be expected to produce results commensurate with the investment. It is in. Therefore, the reality is that not only the replenishment of the yarn to the winder magazine but also the guiding and suction of the end yarn of the yarn to the suction head provided in the center of the magazine relies on manual labor.

なる。 As shown in FIG. 9, a pipe conveyor 211 is attached to the front longitudinal direction of the magazine 201, and on the way,
Magazine gate 21 in place corresponding to each drum
2 is installed. When the magazine 201 rotates, the magazine gate 212 is opened, and before the magazine 201 is transferred to the yarn conveyor 211, the end yarn is passed through the hollow part of the bobbin by an appropriate method as shown in FIG. The tube yarn 301 is introduced into the A section of the magazine 201. As shown in FIGS. 11 to 13, a U-shaped tube 102-1 is provided at the top of the suction pipe 102 at a position B where the introduced yarn falls to the drum side, and a valve 102-2 is provided at the tip of the U-shaped tube 102-1. is attached. Furthermore, a thread gripping device 103 consisting of thread gripping claws 103-1 and 103-2 for gripping the top of the bobbin is installed at the bottom, as shown in FIG. A yarn receptacle 104 is installed in the tube. When the yarn comes to the falling part B of the magazine 201, the yarn receiver 104 drops into the pocket B of the magazine 201 just before that.
301 and temporarily supports the pipe thread 301. When the magazine 201 rotates by a certain angle, the yarn 3 is held by the yarn gripping device 103 as shown in FIG.
01 is gripped, and the thread gripping device 103 is further raised. As the pipe thread gripping device 103 rises, the pipe thread 301 also rises, and the top of the bobbin head reaches the U-shaped pipe 10.
The valve 102-2 is opened while the yarn reaches the position where it comes into contact with the suction part 2-1, and the end yarn in the hollow part is sucked into the U-shaped tube 102-1. While the bobbin thread 301 is gripped and raised, the bobbin receiver 104 is retracted, and the top of the bobbin comes into contact with the U-shaped tube 102-1, and further slips between the bobbin gripping part and the bobbin, as shown in FIG. The pipe thread slips out of the pipe gripping section, falls down, and is supplied to the drum. When the fallen pipe yarn is tied by the knotter, the valve 102-2 is closed.

い大きな原因の1つになつている。 The automatic end yarn suction method using this method requires a valve opening/closing device, a yarn gripping lifting device, a yarn receiver actuating device, etc., compared to the manual feeding method shown in Figures 5 to 8. If the winder used in the method shown in the figure is to be changed directly to the method shown in FIG. 11, the above drive device is required, and the drive source must be taken from the winder drum body.
It requires a large amount of equipment cost. This is one of the major reasons why it is not widely put into practical use.

誘導吸引される。 As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the suction head 203, which is dedicated to manual preparation as shown in FIGS. When they match, the suction port 2- of the U-shaped tube 2
1 coincides with the center of the pocket C section one position before the position B where the pipe yarn 301 falls onto the drum. Suction head 20 exclusively for hand preparation
3 is the 5th position during knotting work when the magazine is rotating.
From the figure, turn as shown in Figure 7, and the suction port 203-1
is opened, so that the end thread of the pipe thread threaded through the hollow part of the bobbin is suctioned from the suction port 2-1 of the U-shaped tube 2, and the end thread is automatically guided and suctioned to the suction head 203.
