に支承され且つ上面を摺動して移動するが、ハ位
置においては保持筒2直下に位置して台板11に
欠孔12(第1図で図示)を設けてあるので、管
糸aの支承は解放されて保持筒2内から落下し、
その下面に設けられた案内筒13内に収容され、
落下した管糸aの下端は受皿14に支受される。
