Cable ties for bundling and tying are known, and cable ties having a structure in which legs are provided at the heads of the cable ties to fix the tied bundle to a substrate or the like have also been proposed. These cable ties have a row of locking teeth arranged in a serrated manner in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction on the surface of the band body, and a locking tongue piece is flexibly protruded by applying force from the inner wall of the opening of the head. In this structure, a long object is wrapped around a band body, and its free end is inserted into a head opening to form a loop, and the locking tooth row of the tightening band body and the locking tongue piece are engaged with each other. Then, to remove the bundled long object by removing the binding, push the flexible locking tongue protruding from the inner wall of the opening back toward the inner wall of the opening with your finger or the tip of a screwdriver. The engagement between the piece and the locking tooth row of the band member is released, and the free end of the band member is removed from the head opening. In a cable tie with such a structure, as a result of repeated engagement and disengagement, the locking tongue inside the opening itself becomes weak, and
In particular, if you repeat the action of pushing it back against the inner wall of the opening more than necessary, the tip will become permanently deformed and cannot be used again.
Moreover, it is impossible to reuse it.

なるケーブルタイを要旨とする。 The present invention provides a cable tie with a long service life that prevents breakage of the locking tongue by making simple improvements to the structure of the head of the conventional cable tie. That is, the present invention consists of a flexible band body and a head integrally formed at one longitudinal end of the band body,
The band body is provided with a serrated locking groove on one side, and the head is provided with an opening through which the free end of the band body is inserted and a leg portion that is fixed to the board, and the free end of the band body is inserted into the opening. In a cable tie that is inserted into a loop shape to bind a long object and fixed to a board, an opening in the head through which the free end of the band body is inserted is connected to an upper side wall and the band body that are integrally connected to one end of the band body. It is formed by a lower wall that integrally connects the legs extending in the longitudinal direction, and both side walls, and the inner surface of the upper wall faces from the insertion port side to the exit side of the band body in the opening, and the band body to be inserted therein. A locking tongue that engages with a serrated locking groove on one side is attached so as to be able to rotate under pressure, and grooves are provided on the inner surfaces of both side walls through which both side edges of the band body to be inserted pass through. Furthermore, on the exit surface of the opening, a gap is provided in the upper wall to enable manual rotation of the locking tongue upward to release the engagement, and at the same time, a gap is provided in the upper wall to enable the locking tongue to be manually rotated upward. The gist of the cable tie is a cable tie provided with a protrusion for restricting the rotation of the cable.

発明のケーブルタイの大きな特徴である。 Fig. 1 is an overall side view, Fig. 2 is an overall plan view as seen from the band body outlet side in the head, and Fig. 3 is an overall rear view as seen from the band body insertion port side in the head.
FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 2.
A head 2 is integrally molded on one end surface of the band body 1 made of a flexible material, and a head 2 is attached to the surface of the free end 3 to prevent it from slipping when stretched with a finger. Several gripping protrusions 4 are provided on the holder, and sawtooth locking grooves 5 are provided on the back surface as shown in the perspective view of FIG. The head 2 has an upper wall 6 that is directly and integrally connected to the band body 1, as shown in the partially enlarged view of the band body 1 seen from the insertion port side in FIG. 6 and the partially enlarged view seen from the outlet side of FIG. An opening 9 is formed by a lower wall 7 and both side walls 8, 8, which are connected with leg parts, which will be described later. Bind shakumono. As shown in the sectional view of FIG. 4, this opening 9 has an upper wall 6 which is inclined from the insertion port side to the exit side of the band body 1, and has a tip biased so as to be pivotable upward. A locking tongue piece 10 is provided protrudingly from the serrated locking groove 5 of the inserted band body 1.
It is becoming more and more engaged. This engagement is released by moving the protrusion 11 at the tip of the locking tongue piece 10 upward in the anti-biasing direction with your finger, as will be described later. A gap 12 is provided in the upper wall 6 on the side (see FIG. 7). Further, at the bottom of the inner surfaces of both side walls 8, 8, both side edges 1a of the band body 1 to be inserted,
Concave grooves 13, 13 through which the band members 1b pass are provided so that the band body 1 inserted therethrough is stabilized.
The groove 13 also prevents the band 1 from coming off the locking tongue 10 when it is pulled in the opposite direction after insertion. Furthermore, a protrusion 6a is provided on the exit surface of the upper wall 6 on the exit side of the opening 9 (see FIG. 7). That is, to release the engagement between the locking tongue piece 10 and the serrated locking groove 5 of the inserted band body 1, the protrusion 11 at the tip of the locking tongue piece 10 is pulled up with a finger against the bias. However, at this time, the fingertip touches the protrusion 6.
a, 6a, thereby preventing the locking tongue 10 from being forced upwards more than necessary, thereby eliminating the risk of the locking tongue 10 breaking or becoming fragile at an early stage. This is a major feature of the cable tie of the present invention.

That is, the legs are provided to protrude diagonally downward from both side walls 8, 8 and press the substrate surface, elastic support pieces 15, 15, a fixing rod 16 connected to the lower side wall 7 and inserted into the fixing hole of the substrate, A check piece 17 that is provided in a beveled shape at the tip and supports from the back side of the board,
17, and elastic holding pieces 18, 18 that connect the check pieces 17, 17 and the lower wall 7. The structure of the legs described above is just an example, and any structure may be used as long as it can be firmly fixed to the substrate.

First, a fixing hole 16a is provided in the board 19 corresponding to the expansion of the check pieces 17, 17 in the legs, and the fixing rod 16 is inserted into the fixing hole 16a. The legs are fixed to the substrate 19 by being supported by check pieces 17, 17. Next, a long object 20 such as an electric wire cable is wound around the band body 1 in a direction perpendicular to the band body 1, and the free end 3 of the long object 20 is wound in the direction of the arrow from the insertion port side of the head opening 9 as shown in FIG. Insert. As a result, the serrated locking groove 5 provided on the back surface of the band body 1 engages with the locking tongue piece 10 that protrudes from the inner surface of the upper side wall 6 of the head and is biased. The free end 3 of the band body 1 is pressed against the inner surface 7a of the lower wall 7 and is further inserted from the opening exit side.
By pulling strongly, the bondage fixing action is completed. To release the bondage, use your fingertips or the tip of a screwdriver to touch the protrusion 11 at the tip of the locking tongue 10.
Projections 6a, 6a of the upper wall 6 on the exit side of the opening
When the band member 1 is lifted up slightly until the end of the band member 1 is pulled out toward the opening (in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 9), the binding is released and the elongated object can be easily taken out.

The cable tie has a structure in which a protrusion is provided to prevent the locking tongue on the head that engages with the locking groove from rotating excessively in the counter-biasing direction when disengaging the cable tie. It has made it possible to significantly extend the period, and its industrial utility value is great.
