Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 下ケース内底部にベースプレートと半導体素子
    から成る素子基板が配置され、この素子基板上に
    端子が接合され、さらに上ケースにて前記下ケー
    スの開口部をふさぎ端子のみを外部に突出させ、
    内部の素子基板を保護するようにした半導体素子
    において、前記下ケースに端子を保持する部分を
    設け、かつ上面及び両側面を開放すると共に、上
    ケースにて前記開放面を覆い、端子のみを外部に
    突出させるように構成したことを特徴とする半導
    体素子用ケース。
