The winding method is such that the wire supply head 33 is forcibly moved in the direction of arrow B in synchronization with the rotational speed in the direction of arrow A and the winding pitch.

As the layers are stacked, the pitch error increases, resulting in winding misalignment. Also, wire rod 3
Since there is a difference in wire diameter even in one lot, a device that can also adjust the deviation based on this difference has the disadvantage that the device itself is expensive.

A wire rod 31 is pulled out by a worker's hand 35, and the wire rod 31 is wound around a coil bobbin 32 that rotates in the direction of arrow A by a drive mechanism (not shown) installed on a base 36. For this reason, the manufacturing cost increases due to an increase in the winding time, and in addition, the product yield is reduced due to differences in skill and fatigue among workers.

た。 Furthermore, in general winding machines, a tension device is used to apply a predetermined tension to the wire rod, but in this case, as shown in FIG. When winding a wire, a deviation in angle θ will occur, and in order to compensate for this deviation, the distance between the tension device 41 and the coil bobbin 32 must be set to a considerable distance such that θ≒0. For example, the length L of the coil bobbin 32 =
200 mm, and the wire diameter d of the wire 31 is 0.3 mm, the distance between the tension device 41 and the coil bobbin 32 is 10
Correction cannot be made unless the value becomes m. Therefore, not only a large working space is required, but also the wire 31 is easily affected by vibrations etc. in the middle, which has the drawback of increasing the incidence of defective products.

である。 The present invention provides a winding machine that winds a wire supplied from a wire supply device disposed perpendicular to the axis of the bobbin onto a winding bobbin rotated by a rotational drive source. A plurality of guide members are provided parallel to the bobbin and extend along the entire length of the bobbin, and these guide members pass through the central axis position and are rotatably and axially movably supported. Each of the driven members formed with a prevention shape is provided, the wire drawn out from the wire supply device is wound around each driven member, and then wound around a bobbin, and each driven member is rotated by the wire wound around the bobbin. The structure is such that the wire rod is moved in the axial direction only by the component of the tension in the guide member, and therefore the driven member can move the wire winding position on the bobbin without using any other active drive mechanism. The purpose is to achieve the above object by applying tension to the wire rod in the direction opposite to the direction of movement of the winding position to enable aligned winding with no gaps.

部材21Aに追従して摺動することとなる。 When the bobbin 13 is rotated by the drive motor 11, winding of the wire 16 onto the bobbin 13 is started, and at the same time, the third driven member 21C rotates the bobbin 13 due to frictional resistance with the third slide shaft 20C. The winding position of the wire rod 16 moves with a slight delay while unwinding the wire rod 16, and the wire rod 16
A force in the direction opposite to the advancing direction of the winding position on the bobbin 13 is applied to the bobbin 13. As a result, the wire rod 16 fed out from the third driven member 21C slips over the already wound wire rod 16 and is wound in an aligned state without any gaps in the winding direction. At this time, the first driven member 21A is the third driven member 21C.
The second driven member 21B rotates and slides on the slide shaft 20A following this, and the second driven member 21B also slides following this first driven member 21A.

Winding on the bobbin 13 is performed while 1C moves in a predetermined direction, and when it reaches one end of the bobbin 13,
The winding direction is reversed by the flanges at both ends of the bobbin 13, and the winding of the next layer is started, and each driven member 21A, 21B, 21C is reversed and moves in the opposite direction. A predetermined winding work is performed by repeating the operation.

きる。 That is, since the third driven member 21C follows the winding speed with a delay due to friction, the wire 16 is moved to the most appropriate position on the bobbin 13 by utilizing the axial delay of the third driven member 21C. Since the wire is supplied to the wire and wound after correcting angular deviation, etc., there is no delay or advance due to pitch error, and stable aligned winding can be achieved.

By interposing the third driven member 21C, vibration of the wire 16 between the bobbin 13 and each of the driven members 21A, 21B, and 21C can be reliably prevented, and the third driven member 21C can be wound with respect to the winding position of the bobbin 13. By following the wire at a close position on the rear side in the direction of movement, it is possible to always feed the wire at an appropriate angle or position.

る。 Moreover, even if the distance between the tension device 17 and the bobbin 13 is considerably shortened, the winding state on the bobbin 13 can always be kept constant by the first, second, and third driven members 21A, 21B, and 21C. Since the wire 16 can be folded back and forth over a considerable length, the angular misalignment that occurs in the conventional method is completely eliminated during winding, and a more compact winding machine can be provided. There is.

Conversely, when winding a wire with a low tension value and a small diameter, it is desirable to reduce the number of driven members.
