に低下を招く。 In the past, various materials and structures have been proposed for reinforcing bar supports, such as those made of metal or synthetic resin, but among these, those made of iron wire and having multiple leg rods are particularly compatible with concrete. are the most popular because they are inexpensive and easy to work with, and in particular, the tilting type with outward-sloping leg levers does not easily fall over even when subjected to some side impact. It has the advantage of excellent vertical stability. However, when this inclined type is installed on a formwork, the lower end of each leg comes into contact with the formwork surface at its inner corner as shown in Figure 4. In this case, when a high load (usually around 200 to 300 kg) is applied to the reinforcing bar support due to a worker walking on the reinforced reinforcing bars, the lower end of the leg rod will touch the formwork surface. Not only does this deeply sink in, significantly reducing the durability of the formwork, but it also causes problems such as the lower ends of the legs that are sunk into the formwork surface greatly protrude from the lower surface of the constructed floor slab, impairing its aesthetic appearance. This problem can be solved to some extent by, for example, providing a synthetic resin cap at the lower end of each leg of the reinforcing bar support as seen in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 54-93228, but in this way, the high load as mentioned above can be avoided. When the legs are supported, the lower ends of the leg rods tend to slide on the formwork surface due to the slipperiness of the synthetic resin caps provided thereon, causing the legs to tend to spread, resulting in a decrease in load bearing capacity.

係る。 The present invention was made with the aim of solving such conventional problems. Specifically, the present invention includes a steel wire reinforcing bar receiving body 1 having a plurality of outwardly inclined leg rods 2, and a reinforcing bar receiving body 1 of the body 1. It consists of a synthetic resin cap 3 inserted into the lower end of each leg rod 2 through a mounting hole 4 opened in the center of the upper surface, and the lower end of the synthetic resin cap 3 is connected to the upper surface of the wooden formwork. This invention relates to a steel wire reinforcing bar support with a synthetic resin cap, which is formed flat so as to make surface contact with each other, and is characterized in that an uneven part 6 for preventing slipping is formed on the flat lower end surface 5.

できる。 In the steel wire rebar support 1 according to the present invention, the leg rods 2 are inclined outward and widen at the end, so the stability during installation is much better than that of the vertical type. The attached synthetic resin cap 3 functions as a cushion due to its elasticity, and its lower end surface 5 is flat and has a large pressure-receiving area, so that even when subjected to a high load, the lower end of the leg rod 2 It virtually eliminates the possibility that the mold sinks into the surface of the wooden formwork, and the durability of the formwork can be significantly improved.

る。 Furthermore, when a high load is applied, the uneven portion 6 formed on the lower end surface 5 of the synthetic resin cap 3 tends to bite into the formwork surface, functioning as a slip preventer and preventing the outwardly inclined leg rods 2 from opening. Therefore, even though the reinforcing bar support is equipped with a synthetic resin cap 3 with good lubricity at the lower end of the leg rod 2, it supports the load as if the lower end of the leg rod was fixed to the formwork surface, and the leg It can ensure the same excellent load bearing capacity as a vertical type with vertical rods. Lower end surface 5 of synthetic resin cap 3
The uneven portion 6 formed on the cap is not particularly limited as long as it can function as a non-slip, and may be, for example, a wavy uneven portion orthogonal to the sliding direction of the cap as shown in FIGS. An example is one consisting of scattered protrusions as shown in the figure.

It has the characteristics of being able to provide products with satisfactory quality and performance, and significantly improving the usefulness of reinforcing bar supports made of iron wire.
