でタイマースイツチ全体のコストダウンを計ると
ともに、タイマーの形状にマツチしたスイツチが
必要となつてきた。このスイツチ体の材料には熱
硬化性樹脂材等を使用することが各種内外国の安
全規格や電気取締規則で制約されているが、フエ
ノール樹脂などの熱硬化性樹脂材は、それ自体の
熱収縮率が大きく、使用環境条件によつて例えば
−10℃〜+80℃でかなりの寸法変化が起り、スイ
ツチ体や取付部にヒビ割れ、破損、又は保持不能
という現象が起る欠点がある。この欠点を解決す
るためにタイマースイツチの組立時にアニーリン
グが行なわれているが、作業者がアニーリング処
理を失念したり、アニーリング時間が長時間を要
する等作業効率が悪い欠点がある。
