第１図は従来のホログラム作成方法を示す斜視
図、第２図はホログラムを使用した光走査装置の
概要を示す斜視図、第３図は本考案の出願人が先
に提案したホログラム作成方法を示す斜視図、第
４図は本考案のホログラム作成装置の実施例を示
す平面図、第５図は同装置のホログラム作成光の
照射部の側面図である。 図において、１はホログラム記録面、２，２′
は平面波、３は球面波、４は球面波用点光源、Ａ
′，Ｂ′，Ｃ′は点光源位置、Ｏは平面波光軸と
球面波光軸の交点、１ｃはホログラム作成領域、
６はレーザ光源、７はビームスプリツタ、８は第
１のコリメータ、９は第２のコリメータ、１１は
球面波形成レンズ、Ｍ４は平面波偏向ミラーもし
くはプリズム、Ｍ６，Ｍ７は組合わせミラーもし
くはプリズム、Ｍ８は球面波偏向ミラーもしくは
プリズムをそれぞれ示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ホログラム記録面上で平面波光軸と球面波光軸
    が交差する条件の下で、球面波を異なつた方向か
    ら照射することにより、回折方向の異なつたホロ
    グラムを作成する装置において、 レーザ光源と、ビームスプリツタと、該ビーム
    スプリツタからの反射（又は透過）光を大径の平
    行光線束とする第１のコリメータと、第１のコリ
    メータからの該平行光線束をホログラム記録面に
    照射するミラーもしくはプリズムと、 該ビームスプリツタの透過（又は反射）光を大
    径の平行光線束とする第２のコリメータと、第２
    のコリメータからの該平行光線束の向きを１８０
    °変える（組合せ）ミラーもしくはプリズムと、
    該ミラーもしくはプリズムからの、向きを１８０
    °変えた光束を集束する球面波用レンズと、該球
    面波用レンズの出射側に設置され該球面波用レン
    ズで集束された光束を、上記第１のコリメータか
    らの平行光線束が照射されるホログラム記録面上
    に照射する球面波用偏向ミラーもしくはプリズム
    と、 上記の（組合せ）ミラーもしくはプリズム、球
    面波用レンズおよび球面波偏向ミラーもしくはプ
    リズムが、相対位置を保持しつつ、該第２のコリ
    メータから出射された平行光線と直交する方向に
    直線移動可能とした機構と、 該機構上において、前記球面波偏向ミラーもし
    くはプリズムを、球面波形成レンズの光軸を中心
    に回転する手段と、 を有していることを特徴とするホログラムの作成
    装置。
