Claims (1)
- 入射光と反射光とを伝送する光フアイバと、該
光フアイバの先端の開口端から隔てた位置に設け
られ、上記光フアイバからの入射光を環境温度が
設定温度以下では反射光が上記光フアイバ開口端
へ結合せず、設定温度以上では反射光が上記光フ
アイバ開口端へ結合するように温度の変化に応じ
て変形する金属材料からなる反射鏡と、上記光フ
アイバ先端部と反射鏡を保護するとともに上記反
射鏡を保持固定する収容箱とからなることを特徴
とする温度スイツチ。
