Claims (1)
陥を検知する印刷欠陥検知用センサヘツドにおい
て、光フアイバを複数本用いて層状に形成された
複数組の投光用光フアイバ層と、光フアイバを複
数本用いて層状に形成され、且つ前記各投光用光
フアイバ層に隣接するように交互に配設された複
数組の受光用光フアイバ層と、印刷欠陥の色検知
のため赤色、緑色、青色に対応した複数個のカラ
ーセンサ素子と、前記複数組の投光用光フアイバ
層に投光する複数組の投光手段と、前段に増幅器
を設けた制御装置とを具え、前記複数組の投光用
光フアイバ層と、前記複数組の受光用光フアイバ
層との間にそれぞれ帯状のスペーサを挾着し、前
記複数組の受光用光フアイバ層を赤色、緑色、青
色の順で前記複数個のカラーセンサ素子に対応す
るように接続し、前記複数組の投光手段をそれぞ
れ調光し、前記複数個のカラーセンサ素子のそれ
ぞれの出力を飽和レベル以内になるようにし、前
記制御装置を動作させるようにしたことを特徴と
する印刷欠陥検知用センサヘツド。 (2) 前記投光手段を2つ設け、1つは赤色に対
応した前記受光用光フアイバ層の両端に配設され
た前記投光用光フアイバ層に投光し、もう1つは
青色に対応した前記受光用光フアイバ層の両端に
配設された前記投光用光フアイバ層に投光し、緑
色に対応した受光用光フアイバ層の両端には、前
記赤色に対応した受光用光フアイバ層の両端に配
設された投光用光フアイバ層の1方と、前記青色
に対応した受光用光フアイバ層の両端に配設され
た投光用光フアイバ層の1方とから投光するよう
にした実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の印
刷欠陥検知用センサヘツド。 (2) 前記投光手段の調光で前記複数個のカラー
センサ素子の出力レベルが極端に異なる場合、前
記制御装置に設けられた複数個の増幅器の増幅度
を変化させることで調整できるようにした実用新
案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の印刷欠陥検知用
