- 被異物検出板面上を横断して照射される異物検
出光を反射し検出器に導く反射面を備えてなる光
学式異物検出装置において、前記検出器に導かれ
る異物検出光を調色し可視光線とする光線調色手
段を設けたことを特徴とする光学式異物検出装置
。
