に上下動且つ回転可能に装着してバネ１１によつ
て下方へ付勢するとともに脱落を防止し、ラツク
２４は長手方向に移動可能にして上記皿もみドリ
ル５のピニオン８に噛合し、ラツク２４先端をガ
イド部３のテーパ状面４に当接可能とするととも
にガイド部４方向へ付勢したことを特徴とする皿
