Claims (1)
- 搬送路に沿つて移動する搬送台車を予め定めら
れた停止位置に停止させる位置決め停止装置にお
いて、密閉容器と、この容器内に密封された粘性
流体と、前記粘性流体中に移動自在に入れられた
物体とからなる減衰装置を、前記搬送台車に取り
付けたことを特徴とする位置決め停止装置。
