- 半導体装置を収容するチユーブ状のケース本体
と、このケース本体の少くとも一端の開口の蓋を
するストツパとからなる半導体装置運搬用ケース
において、前記ストツパに乾燥剤が取付けられて
いることを特徴とする半導体装置運搬用ケース。
