Claims (1)
- 回転軸部の一端に設けたドラム部外周面でウエ
ハーを加熱して搬送する装置であつて、回転軸部
とドラム部とを分離して形成し、両者を杆体にて
支持するとともに、回転軸部内の油注入管とドラ
ム部内の貯槽とをフレキシブルチユーブで連通さ
せたことを特徴とするウエハーの搬送装置。
