Claims (1)
- 予備ハンダが施してある２つの品物を、上記予
備ハンダにより互いに接合させるリフローハンダ
付け装置において、一点を支点として可動する棒
状のアームと、上記アームの他端に取付けられた
ヒータと、上記アームの支点側を包含し、かつ上
記アームを可動せしめる機構を内蔵している箱体
と、上記箱体の側面に設けられかつ上記アームの
長手方向と直交する方向に作動し、それにより上
記アームを固定する固定体を備えたことを特徴と
するリフローハンダ付け装置。
