Claims (1)
- 約0.05から0.15m2の横断面の廃ガス通
路および約0.01m2またはそれ以下の横断面の
空気通路を有し、熱伝達を主として廃ガスの熱放
射によつて達成して、廃ガスを約400°Cより
低くない温度まで冷却するコークス炉の復熱器と
、熱伝達を主として対流によつて達成し、前記復
熱器で冷却された廃ガスをさらに冷却する別個の
熱交換器とを有する、コークス炉の廃熱を回収す
る装置において、前記復熱器が、コークス炉の炉
室の高さの約1/3から1/6の高さを有し、か
つ廃ガスと空気を隔てる約2から6mmの厚さの金
属壁を備えることを特徴とする装置。
