Description
第１図及び第２図は本考案の一実施例による箱
型熱処理炉における被処理材の下面加熱装置を説
明するためのもので、第１図はその平面図、第２
図は第１図の―線断面図、第３図ないし第６
図は従来例を示す図であり、第３図はその敷鉄板
の平面図、第４図はその断面側面図、第５図は一
般的な箱型熱処理炉の断面正面図、第６図はその
断面側面図、第７図は従来装置の問題点を説明す
るための加熱特性図である。 図において、１は炉本体、３ａ，３ｂ，３ｃは
電熱ヒータ（下面加熱手段）、８はラジアントチ
ユーブ（上面加熱装置）、１２は支持装置、２２
は敷鉄板（支持装置の上部）、Ｗは冷延鋼板（被
処理材）である。
型熱処理炉における被処理材の下面加熱装置を説

Claims (1)
- 被処理材を載置支持する支持装置を炉内下部に
設置し、該支持装置上の被処理材を上方から加熱
する上面加熱装置を炉内上部に配設した箱型熱処
理炉において、上記被処理材を下面から加熱する
装置であつて、上記支持装置の上部に被処理材を
下面から加熱する下面加熱手段を設けたことを特
徴とする箱型熱処理炉における被処理材の下面加
熱装置。
